Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from the delivery address to the web shop are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Bronx1976 with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@Bronx1976.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled without giving reasons. Provided that this order has not yet been shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Bronx1976.
Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Please answer your order confirmation or contact us by phone or fill in the return form / withdrawal form.
Order cancellation will be confirmed by email. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, Bronx1976 will refund the amount paid within 14 days of cancellation (withdrawal).
