After the ball is inserted into the mouth, the nuts can be loosened and the stainless steel bar can be put into place. Then tighten the screws to secure in place.
This extremely impressive gag will hold the ball in place, and can't be removed without removing the nuts!
The smooth bar curves around the back of the neck, made of smooth seamless stainless steel. The gag is odorless and tasteless, and sized for maximum restriction while staying comfortable
The rubber ball gag is set around a Stainless Steel bar, which prevents the discomfort of gags with a leather strap. It also allows it to be worn for longer periods.
